A thorugh fact finding visual inspection of the physical structral integrity, the major systems, and their components. Every alert inspection includes an evaluation of the visible major deficiencies in the:

•  PROPERTY – DRAINAGE, WALKWAYS, AND DRIVEWAYS.
•  EXTERIOR – WALLS, SIDING, WINDOWS, DOORS, DECKS,PATIOS, AND PORCHES.
•  ROOF – TYPE, MATERIAL, CONDITION, AND AGE.
•  FOUNDATIONS – BASEMENTS AND/OR CRAWLSPACES.
•  ELECTRICAL SYSTEM – CAPACITY, DISTRUBTION, GROUNDING, WIRE TYPE,
   RECEPTACLES, AND SWITCHES.
•  PLUMBING SYSTEM – WATER HEATER, FUNCTIONAL FLOW, PIPING,
   DRAINS, AND FIXTURES.
•  HEATING SYSTEMS – TYPE, FLUES, CHIMNEY, DUCTS, AND/OR HEAT EXCHANGE.
•  BATHS – SHOWERS, TUBS, TILE, AND VENTILATION.
•  KITCHEN – CABINETS, MAJOR APPLIANCES, AND EXHAUST FANS.
•  INTERIOR –WALLS, FLOORS, CEILINGS, STAIRWAYS, DOORS, AND WINDOWS. .
